This coffee just between light and medium, to bring out good body, texture and balance, while preserving a little hint of the brightness to keep it interesting.

Our current Brazil is Cascavel Vermelha - a mixed-variety lot with the usual chocolate and nut tasting notes we look for, along with some lovely red fruit in the mix.

This is a terrific all-rounder, and will work with any brewing method. If brewing it in a stovetop/moka pot or espresso machine, a tiny bit of a bright zing should come through to complement the smooth body of the coffee.
