The brevity of cherry blossom season is preserved petal by delicate petal in this traditional infusion from Japan. Our Sakura is preserved using the traditional salt method. A mild, briny cup to reflect on sea and sky. Steep 2-3 petals in 80 degree water for 1 minute. Re-infuse in fresh cup, adding steeping water to taste.
