In the case of an online return, please e-mail us to describe the reasons and goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods returned without prior notification will not be accepted.
Customers will assume responsibility for all return and exchange shipping charges and if applicable duties, taxes and other changes associated.
The use of gift vouchers falls under the following terms and conditions:
- All Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
