Imbibe, Peru Aprysa Washed 250g
APRYSA was founded in 2014 by Japanese native, Katsuhiko, who moved to Peru 15 years ago when he met his Peruvian wife. Most of their farms are roughly 1.5 hectares; the largest extends to 9 hectares.
Like all of Imbibe's coffees, this one is a real all-rounder and will work just as well in your espresso machine as it will in a V-60.
