We use Fastway courier services for domestic deliveries and  International orders are sent via An Post registered post (and co-ordinate with the local postal service).

Orders go out daily, Monday-Friday.

If you have not received your order within 5 days and you live in Ireland, please contact us and we will get your package tracked immediately.  Should you live further afield, especially North America, give your order two weeks minimum for delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we will track your package. Please note that on international shipping: duties and customs may need to be paid in order to receive your package. Please check your local jurisdiction for rates and queries.

For packages that are not picked up from your post office and are returned to us, Clement & Pekoe reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

We source our various leaves from both conscientious distributors and directly from growers.

We work with small roasters in Ireland and abroad.  They are passionate about working with smaller farms and developing long-term relationships built on a mutual desire for getting the best quality bean from farm to cup.  

We select our teas on taste and quality. We are aware that most small farmers are unable to afford an “official” organic certification because of its costs. However, because of a rise in demand for pesticide- and chemical-free teas, many of our farmers and distributors provide us with teas that have been carefully grown and produced to these standards.
