The Danse Mormora washing station process the coffee of local smallholders at altitudes above 1,800m. With numerous farmers harvesting very small areas, the washing station provides the infrastructure to select, separate & control all post-harvest processing. The care taken to sort their coffees pays off with a remarkably balanced natural profile.
