The Fields is known as the adventurous coffee in Climpson & Sons' range. It is a key part of their forward-thinking desire for quality and innovation, meaning, this is a bean that never stagnates.  From season to season, the roasters look at the available harvests and base The Fields on what they like best!  Currently, The Fields is comprised of beans from Buena Vista, El Salvador that pops with flavour notes of toffee, and molasses.
