The ASOPEP Co-Op is recognized for it’s quality and consistency in cup profiles. Producers here have an average of 2.5 hectares each and are spread throughout the municipality of Planadas. Local Dublin roasters, Imbibe, have forged a meaningful connection with this region and their farmers.  In 2019, Imbibe funded a footbridge for children in the region to reach their school safely.  Prior to that, the children had to cross a river on unsafe tree trunks.  The bridge's name?  El Puente!
