Nested at the Heart of Kenyan highlands, the Mika Estate has continuously produced high quality coffee for the last 80 years. Both high altitudes and a rich deep soil provide more development time and nutrients to the coffee bean, leading to exceptional results.

The coffee is hand-picked at maturity by skilful workers to ensure that only red ripe cherries are selected. It is then pulped, fermented for up to 16 hours, and finally dried under the Sun.

This washed process ensures a clean and uniform profile with tasting notes of blackcurrant, strawberry and red cherry. A bright and sunny cup as we enter these moodier days!
