The new Milk Espresso frin The Barn from Minas Gerais state in Brazil. This deliciously balanced coffee was grown by Antonio da Silva at his Since 1991, Antonio Medina has worked at his Sítio Da Cachoeira estate. 

This sweet Red Catuai offers notes of dark chocolate, baked apple, and macadamia. Natural processing brings a rich, round profile. With the low acidity typical of our favourite Brazilian lots, this is a delicious coffee served black or with milk.
