A beautiful light Costa Rican filter roast from Senel and Allan Campos’ Finca La Toboba farm. A really gentle anaerobic natural process gives the coffee a rounded and balanced flavour. This has remarkable clarity and smooth mouthfeel - one of those coffees where it’s hard to consider sharing! 

Natural sweetness, with butterscotch toffee and brown sugar tasting notes, this coffee finished with a perfectly delicious hint of vanilla.
