A syrupy-sweet and fruity Costa Rican from Diego Guardia’s Hacienda Sonora in Alajuela, Valle Central. This is our second year purchasing from Diego - he always produces some stellar honey process lots!
This one is roasted light, to let the fruit-like tasting notes shine, while letting a little bright acidity come through.
This is best served black from a pourover filter, Aeropress or cafetiere.
