This washed process Caturra, Catuaí and Pache variety lot is sweet with excellent clarity and body, with red apple and caramel notes.

A perfect one for that morning hand-pour ritual brew, this will make for an excellent pour over filter or AeroPress. As a light roast, we recommend drinking this without milk, so the clarity, sweet flavours and balanced acidity shine through.
